This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases of Stronger (the “Service”), operated by Atlas Smart Technologies Ltd (“Stronger”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you purchase a subscription or one-time product directly through our website, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. We will refund the full amount you paid to the original payment method.
To request a refund, follow the steps in “How to Request a Refund” below.
Which Purchases This Policy Applies To
How you obtain a refund depends on where you bought your subscription:
- Purchases made through our website (Paddle). Subscriptions and one-time payments purchased directly from us online are sold through our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record (see below). These purchases are covered by the 14-day money-back guarantee in this Refund Policy.
- Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play. If you bought your subscription through an in-app purchase on the Apple App Store or Google Play, your purchase is governed by that store's terms and refund process. Please see the “Purchases Through Apple or Google” section below.
Our Payment Provider (Merchant of Record)
Online purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 08172165), which acts as the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record for our digital products. This means Paddle handles the transaction, billing, and applicable taxes on our behalf, and your purchase receipt will reference Paddle.
Refunds for online purchases are issued through Paddle to the original payment method used at checkout.
How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund for a purchase made through our website in either of the following ways:
- Through the Paddle buyer portal, accessible via the link in your purchase confirmation email, or by contacting Paddle at help@paddle.com.
- By emailing us at stronger@strongermobileapp.com with the email address used for your purchase and your Paddle order or receipt number.
Refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Subscriptions, Renewals & Cancellation
Stronger subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis — either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select. Unless you cancel, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle buyer portal (via the link in your confirmation email) or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, you will not be charged again after that, and you will keep access to the Service until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Free Trials
If your subscription includes a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable fee for your chosen plan. To avoid being charged, cancel before your free trial ends.
Purchases Through Apple or Google
If you purchased your subscription as an in-app purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your payment was processed by Apple or Google. Refunds for those purchases are handled directly by Apple or Google under their own policies:
- Apple App Store: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, or manage your subscription in your device's Settings.
- Google Play: request a refund through the Google Play subscriptions page or the Google Play Help Centre.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of completing the transaction, in addition to the money-back guarantee described above.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Last updated” date and will be effective as soon as it is posted on this page. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
